Race: Tri312 Race #5 @ Edgewater Athletic Club (Saturday Afternoon, April 27th, 2024 )
NOTE: Each participant will have their own start time in waves of approximately 5-12 participants. Start time preferences can be selected during registration and will be re-confirmed within 48 hours before the race start time. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before your wave start time to check in and prepare, so that you can report to the pool deck 10 minutes before your assigned start time. Please note that the total time to complete each wave will be 60 minutes (45 minutes of activity + 15 minutes of transitions):
Swim: 10 minutes (in the pool)
Transition #1: 10-minutes
Bike: 20 minutes (on an indoor bike)
Transition #2: 5-minutes
Run: 15 minutes (on a treadmill)
