2024 Tri312 INDOOR TRIATHLON & DUATHLON SERIES

Each athlete can self select their preferred wave "corral" start time during registration, but please note that wave start times are subject to change.  Note that you must plan to arrive about 30 minutes before your start time to allow sufficient time to:

1. Check in at the club FRONT DESK (Show ID and sign any waivers if necessary + confirm any parking vouchers, and locker room instructions)
   NOTE: To speed up the check in process at Lakeshore Sport & Fitness (LSF) - Illinois Center events, use this link to scan your photo ID & sign waiver remotely in advance: https://tinyurl.com/lsfic-waiver
   
   
2. Check In at the TRI312 CHECK IN TABLE usually located near (to receive your swag items & any special race instructions)
   
   
3. SET UP your transition gear/area (use of LOCKER ROOMS is optional - ask front desk for locker room instructions if a lock or keycard is necessary),
   
   
4. Finally, check in to the pool deck approximately 10 minutes before your start time for final instructions and warmups. 

The earlier you register, the more start time options you'll have - so REGISTER EARLY to guarantee the widest selection of start times if you prefer to race early or late!  See the "FIND A PARTICIPANT" or "PARTICIPANT TRACKING" menu on the website and then click on "MORE INFO" to see which "START TIME" and "WAVE" corral you are assigned to!

EXAMPLE ONLY: TENTATIVE WAVE START TIMES
(will vary by event and subject to change - some races may include earlier & later start times):

LAKESHORE SPORT & FITNESS (LSF) - ILLINOIS CENTER EVENTS:

1. CORRAL WAVE 1 = 8:00am start time
2. CORRAL WAVE 2 = 8:30am start time
3. CORRAL WAVE 3 = 9:00am start time
4. CORRAL WAVE 4 = 9:30am start time
5. CORRAL WAVE 5 = 10:00am start time

EDGWATER ATHLETIC CLUB (EAC) - EVENING EVENTS:

1. EAC CORRAL WAVE 1 = 3:30pm
2. EAC CORRAL WAVE 2 = 4:00pm
3. EAC CORRAL WAVE 3 = 4:30pm
4. EAC CORRAL WAVE 4 = 5:00pm
5. EAC CORRAL WAVE 5 = 5:30pm (if available)

NOTE:   Please check for an email update approximately 24 hours prior to the event to confirm your wave and start time.  For the most current info, see the "FIND A PARTICIPANT" or "PARTICIPANT TRACKING" menu on the website and then click on "MORE INFO" to see which "START TIME" and "WAVE" corral you are assigned to, as well as the ability to change your corral if necessary!
